Police appeal after cottage fire

Police are appealing for information following a fire at a cottage in Criccieth, Gwynedd.

North Wales Police confirmed they are treating the blaze, which happened on 28 December, as suspicious.

Officers were called to the fire at 0846 GMT and said the cottage, which is on the coast, was destroyed.

The force is appealing for people who may have been using the nearby coastal path to contact them if they have any information.
