The great-grandmother said she believed she had been attacked because she had challenged the issue of drugs. The great-grandmother said it was not the first time her home had been attacked.
"I am absolutely petrified. A fire bomb came through the window and the next thing the curtain was on fire," she said. A man has been charged with criminal damage with intent to endanger life and breaching an anti-social behaviour order. He is due in court on Thursday.
Ms Henry said it was not the first time her home had been targeted.
She said that since she confronted drug dealers in the area two years ago she has been constantly harassed.
One man has been arrested in connection with the attack.
Police have appealed for anyone with information concerning the incident, which took place at about 0500 GMT on Wednesday, to contact them.
Declan O'Loan, SDLP, said: "Every effort must be made to apprehend those responsible for this serious crime. I would encourage all possible support for the police as they attempt to do so."
