A woman getting over the death of her father, fell more than 140ft to her death from a balcony at a Spanish resort hotel. | |
Julie Ann Mollart, 32, from Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, was on holiday with her partner and two children in Benidorm when she fell 14 floors. | |
She died in hospital on Boxing Day. A court ruled the death was accidental. | |
Her father, Terry Garner, 57, who was attacked outside his home and suffered brain damage, died two months earlier. | |

Mr Garner was attacked with a brick in December 2002. | |
Last year Ms Mollart appealed on BBC Midlands Today for witnesses to come forward. | |
She described her father as "a real character, full of life, always on the go". | |
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office confirmed a Spanish court had ruled the death of Ms Mollart was accidental. | |
