A 17-year-old has been charged with the murder of 16-year-old Nassirudeen Osawe in a street in Islington, north London. A teenager is due to appear in court accused of stabbing to death a 16-year-old boy.
The boy, from Enfield, north London, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is also accused of grievous bodily harm against another teenager. Nassirudeen Osawe was stabbed in the chest in Upper Street, Islington, north London, on 27 December, when he was shopping with friends.
He is also charged with possessing an offensive weapon. He will appear in court on 2 January. A 17-year-old from Enfield, north London, has been charged with murder, grievous bodily harm and possessing an offensive weapon.
Nassirudeen was stabbed in the chest in Upper Street on 27 December while shopping with two friends. He is due to appear at a youth court later.
