Version 0 of 1.

A mother who died in a house fire from which her partner and three children escaped was expecting another baby, family members have confirmed.

Charlene Henry, 26, had been due to give birth to her fourth child at the end of January or start of February, relatives told BBC South East.

Ms Henry lived with her partner, Danny Mileham, in Clover Walk, Edenbridge.

Mr Mileham was able to get the children out of their blazing terraced house, but their mother could not be saved.

Fire crews called to the address on Monday morning recovered her body from a bedroom.

Mr Mileham had gone back into the property but was unable to reach Ms Henry.

A happy-go-lucky girl who was too young to be taken, and a baby who didn't get a chance to live Tribute left at the scene

Her family said that she was involved in voluntary work, including calling out bingo numbers at a local British Legion branch.

A tribute was pinned to the door of the house on Tuesday by Ms Henry's mother, Audrey Batchelor, 47, who also lives in Clover Walk.

It read: "Friends and neighbours, Charlene's family would like to thank you all for your support.

"We are touched with your kind offers and well wishes at this very sad time."

Another message left at the scene said: "Charlene, a happy-go-lucky girl who was too young to be taken, and a baby who didn't get a chance to live."

Kent Fire and Rescue Service and Kent Police are investigating the cause of the fire.

An inquest into Ms Henry's death is also due to take place at a later date.
