The number of civilians killed in Iraq is continuing to fall, data published by Iraqi ministries suggest. A suicide bomber in Iraq has killed 30 people in an attack in the capital Baghdad, police reports say.
Thirty-two others were injured in the blast which struck mourners at the funeral for a Shia Muslim army officer.
Earlier on Tuesday, a number of Iraqi ministries released data suggesting that the number of civilian killed in Iraq was continuing to fall.

Tuesday's bomb went off at around 1630 (1330 GMT) in the Zaytouna neighbourhood, in the east of Baghdad.
Mourners had gathered for the funeral of a retired army officer, Nabil Hussein Jassim, who had himself been killed by a car bombing in central Baghdad on Friday.

But in violence on Tuesday, a suicide bomber attacked a funeral in eastern Baghdad killing nine people and injuring 20, police say.

Earlier, some of Baghdad's inhabitants saw in 2008 with beeping car horns and celebratory gunfire, which continued for half an hour after midnight, correspondents say.
"The security has changed and it took us by surprise," student Eve Ridaa al-Azzawi, 22, told the Reuters news agency in between dances in the ballroom of the Palestine Hotel.
"We're very happy, especially us young people," he said, as belly-dancers entertained the crowd.
"I haven't seen a happy place like this in so long."
