Ladymar Walk, west Belfast: Man shot in paramilitary style attack

A man in his 20s is recovering in hospital after he was injured in what police have described as a paramilitary style shooting in west Belfast.

It is believed he was grabbed by three masked men on the Donegall Road in south Belfast at about 18:00 GMT on Thursday.

The man was driven to an alleyway in the Ladymar Walk area where he was shot in both legs.

His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
