A 24-year-old man has died after being stabbed a number of times outside a social club after a Christmas party. | |

Det Ch Insp Steve Bimson, of West Midlands Police, said: "This was just a Christmas party that had been arranged by the people who run the club. | |
"I'm not sure yet why the victim was in this area and whether he was going to that function or not. | |
"But from what I can tell the function was a perfectly well-run function and it appears to me a nice club." | |
He said the people who ran the club were "shocked" by the incident and sent their condolences to the man's family. |
