Man hurt as shots fired at house

Shots have been fired at a house in west Belfast, injuring a man who was inside.

It happened shortly before 0100 GMT at Whitecliff Parade. The man suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.

A police spokeswoman said a motive had not yet been established.

Detectives have appealed for anyone who witnessed the attack or who has information to contact them.
