Two people have died after a car crash near Wrexham on Thursday night. Two men have died after their car hit a tree near Wrexham on Thursday night.
The incident, which happened at about 22:55 GMT, involved a single vehicle on the A495 at Bronington. The men, aged 19 and 22, from Shropshire, had been travelling on the A495 Ellesmere Road in the direction of Penley.
North Wales Police said two people inside the car died despite the efforts of members of the public and emergency services to save them. The incident involving a silver Vauxhall Corsa happened at about 22:55 GMT.
The Welsh Ambulance Service said one person was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was taken to Wrexham Maelor Hospital and died later. North Wales Police said the men died despite the efforts of members of the public and emergency services to save them.
