Version 0 of 1.

A British man nicknamed the Naked Rambler has lost a legal bid to have public nudity declared a human right. The European Court of Human Rights ruled Tuesday that the rights of the man, Stephen Gough, had not been violated by repeated arrests and convictions for being naked in public. The court said his conduct could be alarming and offensive to others. Mr. Gough, 55, a former Royal Marine, has twice walked the length of Britain. He called the judgment a disappointment but added, “I have no choice but to continue.”
