Miss Bagwell, a recently qualified graphic designer, had just left college and started a new job.
Her sister Laura, 25, and brothers Luke and Jake paid tribute to her.
"We're all absolutely devastated and in shock," said 16-year-old Luke.
"There'll always be one missing now - I can't believe she's gone," said Laura.
"She is my best friend... I miss her so much," said 21-year-old Jake.
