The measures were put in place to protect birds from the H5N1 strain of avian flu following an outbreak at the Redgrave Park farm on the border of Norfolk and Suffolk on 13 November.
The virus had also spread to the nearby Hill Meadow farm which shares its workforce with Redgrave Park.
Defra has been unable to confirm the source of the outbreak but has not ruled out wild birds as being the cause.
Millions of birds worldwide have either died from the H5N1 strain, or been killed to prevent the spread of the disease.
Other restrictions on bird gatherings and movements of poultry and poultry meat within the zones will remain in place.
