Pedestrian dies after collision Boy, 12, killed in road collision

Police are investigating a fatal road accident in County Down. A boy, believed to be 12-years-old, has been knocked down and killed outside Newtownards, County Down.
It is understood a male pedestrian was hit by a car on the dual carriageway between Belfast and Newtownards at about 1830 GMT. The boy died when he was hit by a car on the main Belfast to Newtownards dual carriageway at about 1830 GMT.
