Six die in carnage on NI roads Road death double blow for family

Six people have died in a weekend of carnage in Northern Ireland's roads. A family who lost a young son three years ago have suffered a double blow after a 45-year-old man died in a road accident at the weekend.
Alistair Armstrong from Broughshane, County Antrim, was killed on the Frosses Road, near Ballymena at about 0200 GMT on Saturday.
In 2004, Mr Armstrong found his son, Aaron, 12, dead in a hayshed at the family home. He had taken his own life.
Two teenagers, three women and a man died in four accidents at the weekend.
In the Frosses Road accident, Marjorie Joan Kerr, 48, from Greenville Drive, Ballymoney, was travelling in a separate car and also died.
A third person was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
