Crush injury
Casey's inquest in October 2012 heard the 12-year-old died during a kickabout with four friends.

Casey was airlifted to hospital but died as a result of a crush injury.
The inquest jury decided the death was accidental due to inadequate and unsuitable equipment used at the time.
