Morriston Hospital car park crash couple hit by own vehicle | |

A 69-year-old woman has suffered life threatening injuries and a man has also been hurt after being hit by their own vehicle in a hospital car park. | |
It is believed the 79-year-old man was struck as the woman parked their Audi A4, and then she was hit after getting out to try and help him. | |
They are being treated at Swansea's Morriston Hospital following the incident near the hospital burns unit. | |
South Wales Police are appealing for witnesses. | |
A force spokesman said: "As a result of this collision, the female has sustained life threatening injuries, the male sustaining lesser injuries." | |
Other parked vehicles were damaged in the incident on Monday at 12:10 BST. |
