Version 0 of 1.

LeBron James announced Friday in a self-penned Sports Illustrated story that he is returning to the Cleveland Cavaliers, where he spent his first seven NBA seasons before leaving for the Miami Heat in 2010.

Reaction on Twitter was ranged from heartfelt thoughts from the two NBA owners most affected by the move, to the usual snark, to questions about the length of the contract:

Welcome Home @kingjames. I am excited for the fans and people of Cleveland and Ohio. No fans and people deserve a winner more than them….. — Dan Gilbert (@cavsdan) July 11, 2014

Classy letter by LeBron. Now let’s hear those contract details. When will he do this again? Will he hold Dan Gilbert hostage in 2 years? — Kyle Weidie (@Truth_About_It) July 11, 2014

Next LeBron question: Contract length, and will he have opt-out after 2 years to take advantage of new TV revenue? — Mike Hume (@MikeHumePost) July 11, 2014
