Assistant chief constable Peter Lowton thanked the local community for its help and support during the search. Peter Tobin, 61, has been charged in Scotland with the murder of Vicky and remanded in custody.
He added: "Every inch of this property has been searched and forensically examined. The task now is to assess the evidence and build a case against the person, or people, responsible."
