Version 0 of 1.

Suspected militants have bombed the offices of a cable TV provider in Indian-administered Kashmir, killing one person, police say.

The attackers ordered staff to leave the three-storied building before planting the explosives.

The building caught fire after the blast and one of its walls collapsed, killing a passer-by.

Cable TV firms are often accused of spreading immorality by militants fighting Indian rule in Kashmir.

Residents in the town of Sopore, some 50km (30 miles) north of the state's summer capital, Srinagar, said the cable firm's office had been bombed in the past.

More than 60,000 people have been killed in Kashmir's 17-year-old insurgency.
