William McNish, 39, of Torwoodlee Road, Galashiels, admitted sending the video to a pregnant woman on 2 July. In the clip sent to her mobile phone he stripped while singing: "If you want it, you got it. Oh baby, oh yeah." He was placed on probation for 18 months at Selkirk Sheriff Court and his name put on the Sex Offenders Register for the same period. The court heard how the 20-year-old woman decided to confront McNish who initially denied sending the clip - even though it contained the identity Elvis as his caller ID. As a result she decided to call the police. In court, McNish pleaded guilty to sending a video clip of an indecent and obscene nature. "I was totally shocked - I have known him since I moved into this area," she said. She said the video message came as a complete surprise.
