Lancashire Constabulary confirmed neither Ms King nor Mr Wright, would be prosecuted for manslaughter. | |
Mr Wright is charged with possession of a fighting dog in contravention of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 and conspiracy to supply cannabis. | |
