■ Skylight

Fans of the BBC's Worricker trilogy will be delighted to see David Hare and Bill Nighy reunite for this, their 10th collaboration. Add Carey Mulligan into the mix as his young lover Kyra and it's no surprise there's only limited availability left on tickets.

Wyndham's, London (0844 482 5120), until 23 August.

■ Milton Keynes international festival

Now in its third year, this punchy programme mixes intimate performances with large-scale installations. Rosemary Lee's Under the Vaulted Sky will see 100 dancers and musicians lead visitors through the town's Cathedral of Trees.

Venues across Milton Keynes (01908 280 800), 18 to 27 July.

■ Lauryn Hill

It's 16 years since The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill added some much needed style and soul to teenage CD collections. Now the ex-Fugee is back after the success of her London dates with four more nights in Brixton, Birmingham and Manchester.

■ Vikings: Life and Legend

The British Museum's first Viking show in 30 years never quite conquered the critics, but there's no denying the 37m longship is worth the trip. Make up your own mind on exhibits ranging from a mass grave of Viking warriors to the dazzling Vale of York Hoard before this ship sails for good.

British Museum, London (020-7323 8181), until 22 June.
