Norfolk lorry driver quizzed over Wyton death crash

A lorry driver has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after a woman was killed in a five-vehicle crash in Cambridgeshire. A Renault Clio, driven by a 48-year-old woman, was in collision with two cars and two lorries on the A141 at Wyton at 16:35 BST on Friday, police said. A 26-year-old lorry driver, from King's Lynn in Norfolk, was taken to hospital and arrested after discharge. He was questioned and bailed until 19 August. The driver of a Hyundai car was treated for minor injuries at the scene. Police have appealed for witnesses to the crash or anyone with information to contact them. |
