The plane came down a few miles outside Kilkeel just before 1500 BST on Friday. The plane came down in a valley a few miles outside Kilkeel at about 1500 GMT on Friday.
The emergency services were called to the scene. A police spokeswoman said she believed the injuries of those involved are not life-threatening.

It is understood the pilot of the plane was a local businessman, Archie Alderdice.
Mr Riley said Mr Alderdice, who is in his 60s, was a very experienced pilot.
"He has been flying for 30 or 40 years maybe. He would be well regarded for his aeronautical skills," he said.
