Police commissioner Christopher Salmon says he is "extremely concerned" about a spike in motorcycle road deaths in mid and south west Wales. A spike in motorcycle road deaths among mainly middle-aged men in mid and south west Wales is of extreme concern, says the Dyfed-Powys Police commissioner.
