Motorcyclist killed in road accident in Cushendun, County Antrim Two motorcyclists die in separate crashes on NI roads

A 49-year-old man has died in a road traffic collision in Cushendun, County Antrim. A 44-year-old motorcyclist has died in a crash in County Londonderry.
The accident happened on the Loughareema Road at about 10:35 BST on Saturday. He is the second motorcyclist to have been killed on Northern Ireland's roads over the weekend.
The motorcycle he was riding was in collision with a 4x4 vehicle. He died at Deerpark Road, Bellaghy, on Saturday evening at about 20:30 BST. No other vehicle was involved. His name has not been released.
Police are investigating the circumstances of the accident and have appealed for anyone who witnessed the crash to contact them. Earlier on Saturday, a 49-year-old man died at Loughareema Road, Cushendun, County Antrim.
He was killed after his motorcycle was in collision with a 4x4 vehicle at about 10:35 BST.
Twenty-six people have died on Northern Ireland's roads since January. Five of them were motorcyclists.
Police have appealed for witnesses.
