The Iraq Inquiry says it has reached agreement on the "principles that will underpin disclosure" of communications between former US President George Bush and former Prime Minister Tony Blair. Details of the "gist" of talks ahead of the Iraq war between Tony Blair and George Bush are to be published, the UK's Chilcot inquiry says.
The report from the inquiry has already been delayed, with differences over the release of pre-war notes and talks between the two leaders blamed. Britain's top civil servant Sir Jeremy Heywood has agreed the principles of handing over extracts and quotes.
However the full documents or transcripts of talks will not be released.
The report is thought to have been delayed by protracted wrangling over what could be published.
