Man arrested after woman is shot in Bradford

A 24-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a woman was shot at a house in Bradford.

West Yorkshire Police said the 22-year-old woman was shot twice but her injuries were not life-threatening.

Her young child, who was also in the house on Longfield Drive during the incident on Friday, was not hurt.

Police said two other men and a woman had been arrested in Lancashire on suspicion of assisting an offender.
