Version 0 of 1.

A teenage Pakistani boy walked into a police station on Friday and shot dead a 65-year-old man accused of blasphemy. The boy, a student in the 10th grade, entered the station in Sharaqpur, 15 miles west of Lahore, wearing a fake police uniform and carrying a gun, the police said. He demanded to see Khalil Ahmad, a member of the minority Ahmadi community who was being held at the station. Mr. Ahmad had been arrested Monday after a dispute with a Muslim shopkeeper escalated and the shopkeeper sought help from local clerics, who accused Mr. Ahmad and three other Ahmadis of blasphemy. When the boy was taken to the detainee’s cell, he shot Mr. Ahmad, who died instantly, the police said. The boy was arrested.
