A woman has been arrested on suspicion of attempting to murder two children in Newport. Two children stabbed in Newport are in a stable condition, police have said.
Gwent Police were called to Salisbury Close, Shaftsbury, at about 08:00 BST on Wednesday, where a knife was found. The seven-year-old boy and a 16-month-old girl were found with knife wounds at Salisbury Close, Shaftsbury, at about 08:00 BST on Wednesday.
