It is understood he was from the Republic of Ireland. The crash happened on a stretch of the course between Cooley Hill Corner and Castle Corner at the Tandragee 100 on Saturday.
It is understood the dead rider was from the Republic of Ireland. Racing has been suspended.
In May 2008, one of Ireland's top road racers, Martin Finnegan, died in an accident at the Tandragee 100.
