Firefighters are dealing with a blaze at a service station on the M3 after a lorry carrying straw caught fire. A fire on a lorry that was transporting 16 tonnes of straw has forced a motorway service station to be closed for more than 12 hours.
The cause of the blaze on the exit slip road on the southbound carriageway at Fleet, Hampshire, is not yet known. The blaze on the exit slip road on the westbound carriageway of the M3 at Fleet, Hampshire, began at about 17:30 BST on Wednesday.
