Two face burglary, kidnap charges

Two people have been charged by police over an incident at a house in County Antrim on Friday.

A man aged 45 and a 35-year-old woman have been charged with aggravated burglary, kidnapping and grievous bodily harm with intent.

They also face charges of making threats to kill and threats to damage property over the incident at Grange Cottage in Toomebridge.

The pair are to appear at Coleraine Magistrates Court on Monday.
