The attack happened on Talbot Street, Newry, at about 18:00 BST on Saturday. | |
The 37-year-old woman was initially arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and possessing an offensive weapon. | |
She has now been released on police bail. The man was taken to hospital for treatment but has since been released. |
