Earlier, 12 men were arrested in connection with an incident at the Surrey Quays branch of the bank in south-east London. They were charged with conspiracy to steal after an incident at the Surrey Quays branch of the bank in south-east London.
The men were questioned by the Metropolitan police on suspicion of conspiracy to steal. The four men will appear before Westminster magistrates later.

Eight other people have been bailed to a date in mid-November pending further inquiries, police said.
