A pipe bomb has been thrown at a house in Carrickfergus. The UDA is being blamed for a pipe bomb attack on a house in Carrickfergus.
No-one was injured, but minor damage was caused following the attack at Cairnhill Walk at about 2130 BST on Saturday. The pipe bomb bounced off a window of the house at Carnhill Walk and exploded in the backyard, causing slight damage.

It is the latest in a series of incidents blamed on tensions between the mainstream UDA and a faction based in south-east Antrim.
