This video will act as my confession. Cordle has not yet been charged but was a suspect in a police investigation which concluded this week. A spokeswoman for the local prosecutor, Ron O'Brien, said on Friday that he would submit the case to a grand jury on Monday and recommend Cordle be charged with alcohol-related aggravated vehicular homicide, which carries a sentence of up to eight years.Cordle has not yet been charged but was a suspect in a police investigation which concluded this week.
