Woman in court over triple deaths

A 20-year-old woman has appeared in court in connection with the killing of two men and a teenager last month.

Keith Cowell, 52, his son Matthew, 17 and Tony Dulieu, 33, were shot dead on 28 August in Bishop's Stortford, Herts.

Amanda Dansie appeared before Stevenage magistrates charged with assisting an offender and was remanded in custody.

Two men appeared before St Albans Crown Court on Friday - one charged with murder and attempted murder, the other with assisting an offender.

They are Kevan Thakrar, 20, of Lomond Way, Stevenage, who is charged with three counts of murder and two of attempted murder and his father Atul Thakrar, 46, of Compton Place, Northwood, who has been charged with assisting an offender.

A plea hearing is to take place on 19 November.

Two women, Mr Cowell's 54-year-old sister and Matthew's 23-year-old girlfriend, were badly hurt in the incident at the Cowell family home.

A three-year-old girl, in the property at the time, was unhurt.

Mr Dulieu had been living in Billericay in Essex.
