US police are questioning a student from Delaware State University after two students were shot and injured, the university's police chief said. US police are questioning a student from Delaware State University about a campus shooting in which two other students were wounded.

The two students were returning from a cafe after midnight on Thursday when they were shot, Mr Overton said.

Virginia Tech officials were criticised for not notifying students quickly enough about that incident.
