Gwent Police has handed all the evidence it collected about the incident, including CCTV footage and call logs, to the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC), which is investigating the crash. After a minor accident on the M4 on Wednesday, Gwent Police announced they would be moving the flowers and banners placed in tribute to those who died in the crash.
They have been taken from a bridge over the motorway to the city centre side of Beaufort Road in Newport.
Police have requested that further tributes are placed in this new location because they believed they were distracting motorists.
All the evidence collected about Monday's incident, including CCTV footage and call logs, has now been handed to the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC), which is investigating the crash.
