A man has been charged with the murder of Luis Nazario Ximenes in Dungannon, County Tyrone. A man has appeared in court in Omagh charged with the murder of a man in Dungannon, County Tyrone, on Thursday.
Mr Ximenes, 36, was originally from East Timor but was living and working in Dungannon. Luis Nazario Ximenes, 36, was originally from east Timor, but was working in the town, when the stabbing happened at a house in Woodvale Park.
He is believed to have been stabbed at a house in Woodvale Park in the town during the early hours of Thursday. Tomas Hornay, 34, from Woodvale Park, Dungannon, was charged with the murder of Mr Ximenes at the property.
The man, who is 34, is due to appear at Omagh Magistrates Court on Saturday morning. He was remanded in custody to appear by video link at Dungannon Crown Court later this month.
