The children, from the Camberwell area, were seen running out of the centre in St George's Road, Elephant and Castle at about 14:00 BST. The twins are black and slim and one had her hair in a bun, with the other wearing her hair long. Scotland Yard confirmed all three had been found.
They were both wearing grey leopard skin-patterned leggings, yellow tops and black jackets.
Shaventelle was wearing a top with dark and light orange horizontal stripes, blue jeans and black boots. She had her hair in cane rows with bobbles at the back.
Detectives in Southwark have appealed for anyone with information to contact them about the girls, who have also been recently living in Croydon.
