Version 0 of 1.

A mobile crane which caused severe delays when it crashed into a safety barrier on the M25 has been removed.

The crash on Saturday led to closing of the anticlockwise carriageway between junctions 9 and 8 at 10:15 BST, with two lanes re-opening at 11:00.

Due to the size of the crane it was removed overnight with the whole carriageway being closed again.

A Highways Agency spokesman said the crane was removed and the carriageway fully re-opened at 07:50 on Sunday.
