About 40 homes have been evacuated and a school closed after a fire which damaged a disused school in Ebbw Vale on Sunday reignited on Monday. People evacuated from about 30 houses after a disused school was damaged by fire have been allowed back home.
Blaenau Gwent Council said asbestos was in the roof of the building, formerly Willowtown Primary School. They had been removed as a precaution after it was confirmed that asbestos was in the roof of the former Willowtown Primary School in Ebbw Vale.
