It is not known why the man scaled the roof, which is above the lines serving Felixstowe and Lowestoft.

The man, who was not wearing a top in the sunshine, removed his shorts for a period of time and put them over his head.
A BBC reporter at the scene said the fire service placed a ladder against the building, but the man then pulled it up on to roof.
A BBC reporter has been told the man is believed to be a Lithuanian and had only just arrived in the UK.
Passengers travelling from London to Norwich are being advised to travel on First Capital Connect trains via Cambridge and Ely.
Replacement buses will operate between Stowmarket and Manningtree.
A Greater Anglia spokesperson said services had been delayed since 08:30 BST following reports of a "trespasser on the station roof".
"Emergency services are attending the incident which has required the power supply to the overhead power lines to be switched off, preventing train movements through the station," they added.
"We apologise to our customers for the inconvenience this is causing."
