When it comes to flights arriving on time, your best bet if you're travelling on metropolitan routes is Qantas. For regional travel Regional Express is the winner. For 2013 to date, Virgin's ATR/F100 flights had the highest rate of cancellations at 3.8% (these are Virgin's fleet of small propeller planes used for charter flights and fly-in-fly-out jobs).
