'Suspicious' death of man in road Lorry appeal over road death man

The body of a 25-year-old man has been found by the side of a road near Llanelli, say Dyfed-Powys Police. Police say a 25-year-old man who was found dead by the side of a road near Llanelli may have been hit by a lorry.
Officers say they are treating his death as suspicious and have appealed for help. Richard Lee Owens's body was discovered by a passing motorist between the Keeper's Lodge and Trosserch Road at Llangennech about 2300 BST on Saturday.
The discovery was made by a passing motorist between the Keeper's Lodge and Trosserch Road, on the road between Trosserch and Llangennech. The road remains closed while forensic experts investigate and police are appealing for witnesses.
The body was found at about 2300 BST on Saturday. Anyone in the area at around the time is asked to contact police. Detectives said it was possible the driver of the vehicle that hit Mr Owen may not be aware it struck him.
Detective Superintendent Simon Powell said: "We are anxious to speak to anyone who was driving in that area between about 2200 and 2300 BST on Saturday night and are particularly keen to identify anyone driving a lorry or high sided vehicle.
"We are mindful that the driver in question may not be aware that their vehicle was in contact with the victim."
