Man faces town car assault charge

A 24-year-old man has been charged with a number of offences including making threats to kill and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

They relate to the theft of a car on the Ballygawley Road in Dungannon early on Saturday morning.

A 16-year-old youth arrested with him faces five charges including robbery and driving a vehicle he knew to be stolen.

They are both due to appear at Dungannon Magistrates Court on Monday.
