"We're going to take it all the way to a judicial review. We're going to fight this to the bitter end to save our services at Llandudno and other hospitals in north Wales.
"We don't want to travel 50 miles one way and 22 miles another way and possibly even further to make get our treatment, plus the relatives have to visit people.
"They haven't listened to the views of people in north Wales. They have arrogantly ignored their views and we have already taken advice from a barrister [about a judicial review]."
Tthe campaign group had already raised £4,000 to pay legal fees, she said.
